The main distinguishing feature of such containers is the possibility to design container for particular part according to its dimensions and peculiarities which allows maximum loading into container. During concept development the customer is offered a number of design options which can reduce costs of containers' mass production and as a result - save a project budget. However we avoid using cheap unreliable materials, this practice ensures increased durability of our containers and makes them handy and convenient in exploitation. We test our containers with the real parts provided by customers to take into account all specific features of the part and make sure that transported items are maximum protected. According to designed concept containers can be supplied with:
- divisions made of cellular polypropylene;
- inserts made of foam;
- textile inserts made of: PVC, Spunbond, and Tyvek;
- rubber friezes.
The use of inserts and divisions provides maximum protection of details while transportation and storage.
